Seasonal bottle formats: the buying brief
Recheck case geometry when the bottle or carrier changes; repeat the collar count only after the new pack is assessed.
A collar system provides perimeter containment. Bottle protection still depends on cartons, layer support, restraint and the permitted stacking arrangement.

Keep the load and the enclosure separate
A wooden collar provides perimeter containment. The base supports the load and the inner pack controls movement and protection. Confirm all three against the goods rather than transferring a rating from another pallet or box. Use the matching collar product guide to discuss the components offered.
Plan the receiving and return process
For seasonal bottle formats, the packing decision starts with this specific check: Recheck case geometry when the bottle or carrier changes; repeat the collar count only after the new pack is assessed. Agree how the receiver opens the pack and removes the items. Where packaging is returned, record the expected condition of boards, hinges, lid and internal fittings before the set is used again.
